Each year the staff is the most important component for our success. We hire people who are passionate about sustainable farming and about bringing nutritionally-dense food to our members. 

Here are the people who are helping to grow, weed, harvest, and deliver your vegetables this season: 

 Everton

 Everton is a returning staff member at Bluebird Gardens. He first worked here in 2006, when we had much less help and so much to do! This year, Everton is happy to find that the pace has settled down a little bit as we focus on just serving our CSA members. Everton is an agriculture student from Brazil, where his family owns a farm. The picture above was taken during his first year at Bluebird Gardens, when he worked at our stands.  Everton will serve as a lead farmer this season.  He is newly married.

Dustin

This is Dustin's third summer at Bluebird Gardens. Originally from Texas, Dustin has lived all over the US. Dustin is our resident campfire expert; he makes a fire almost every night. He was an English major in college but  his goal is to be a farmer. Maddie, our little pomeranian, adores him! 

Bill

This is Bill's third year at Bluebird Gardens. Originally from Ireland, Bill is a trained electrician. While Bill will help with all parts of the farm, his focus will be management of the packing shed.
